Does the company support learning and development?
Helping our employees meet their professional development goals is important to us. Do you require a security clearance?
Although a security clearance is not required for every role, many roles do require a security clearance in order for employees to perform their core job functions effectively.
What is the best method to apply for an available opportunity?

How many flight hours do you typically look for in a pilot?
Depending on the type of aircraft and whether the the role is a Captain or Co-Pilot flying position, a general rule of thumb for minimum flight hours experience is 1500 hours or greater.
What is your compensation policy?
At Air Partners, our total compensation philosophy is built on a fair market salary, but we also think there should be more than just a paycheque.

What are standard work hours?
Although many roles have a standard work schedule Monday through Friday, many roles require 24/7 flexibility/availability due to the nature of our business.
Do you employ AME's?

I'm in the early stages of my pilot career, is Air Partners a good fit?
Because of our fleet profile, we require a significant level of experience. Unlike other operators who may have smaller aircraft better suited for a beginner pilot, Air Partners does not have any such aircraft so we encourage you to build your experience and pay us a visit once you think you're ready to take the next step. What is your pilot flight schedule?
The nature of our business if 24/7/365. In addition, last mnute flight requests are freqent. As such, many departments, flight crew in particular are expected to be on-call and accessible with short notice. Flight crew scheduling is coordinated in accordance with CARs regulations and requirements.
Does the company have "Pilot Training Bonds"?
Yes. In fact, we maintain training bonds for anyone (not only pilots) who attends training which has been paid for by the company.
As a management company, it is very important we maintain operating budgets for each aircraft and pilot training expense makes up a large portion of annual fixed expenses. Although we understand new opportunities may present themselves, training expense must be recoverable in the event a pilot or employee leaves the company prior to the training bond expiring.
