Our Safety Policy:

Air Partners Corp. is wholly committed to ensuring that operating in a healthy, safe and injury-free environment is the foundation of everything we do. To attain this goal, we are dedicated to implementing, maintaining and supporting an active Safety Management System (SMS). This includes a commitment to:

· The continual improvement in the level of safety;

· The management of safety risk;

· Maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; and

· Encouraging employees to report all safety concerns and/or hazards.

All of our employees are expected to participate in this program and take an active role in the identification and mitigation of hazards and risks. Each employee is personally responsible to perform their duties in a way that gives primary concern to the safety of our customers, their own safety, the safety of fellow employees and of the equipment entrusted to their care. Employees are also responsible to report incidents and hazards. The policies and procedures established in the Safety Management System will be reviewed periodically to ensure they remain consistently relevant and appropriate to Air Partners Corp. and all components of the system will be documented.

The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the implementation of the safety program including establishing clear standards for acceptable conduct. As the Accountable Executive, I pledge that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employee for reporting incidents or hazards, except in the case of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or illegal activity. I also pledge that no staff member will ever be asked to compromise our safety standards.

The Safety Officer will report to myself, the Managing Director and Accountable Executive for Safety, and has direct access to all members of the Senior Leadership Team with regards to any safety issue(s).

Failure to comply with this safety policy by any employee at any level will result in disciplinary action. Responsibility for making our operations safer for everyone lies with each and every one of us.
