T.W (Tim) Morgan, Founder

Tim started his flying career in 1972 at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta and graduated with an Aviation Diploma in 1974. His first job was as a flight instructor and he eventually went on to become a commercial airline captain for Time Air.

In 1983, Tim established Morgan Air Services, offering various aviation-related services including flight training, aircraft leasing, aircraft maintenance and aviation consulting services. In 1995, Tim became one of four original founding shareholders of WestJet Airlines Ltd. and served as the Executive Vice President of Operations between 1995 and 2005. Tim continues to be recognized within the international business and aviation community for being instrumental in making WestJet one of the most successful airlines in recent aviation history. In 2000, Tim and his fellow WestJet founders received the Worldwide Award for Teamwork at the World Entrepreneur of the Year celebrations. And in 2001, they were awarded the "Business Ethics" award from the Better Business Bureau of Southern Alberta.

Tim is also President and CEO for Enerjet, a charter airline utilizing Boeing 737 aircraft and specializing in large workforce transportation.

Vik Saini, President

Vik currently serves as the President of Air Partners and is responsible for giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Air Partners Corp., Vik was a member of the WestJet Training and Standards Team responsible for providing and developing annual customer service training. In 2007, Vik was rewarded for his contribution to the airline by being awarded with one of WestJet’s highest honours—The President’s Award. In addition, Vik was awarded the prestigious Calgary White Hat award in 2007 under the “Best Customer Service - Airline” category.

Jared Williams, Vice President of Operations

Jared joined Air Partners in the summer of 2012 as Chief Pilot for Flight Operations and oversees a large team of  pilots and operations staff.  In his capacity as Chief Pilot, Jared led various special projects for the Flight Operations department and is also Captain on the Citation Excel aircraft.  

In February of 2012, Jared was promoted to Vice President of Operations and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our business including flight coordination, operations support, safety/security, flight operations, maintenance (AircraftWorks Ltd.) and administration.  Jared possesses over 10 years of aviation experience and has over 5000 hours of flight time.  Past roles have been Lead Training Captain, Standards Captain and Supervisory Pilot on various Jet and Turboprop Aircraft. Jared has flown thoughout Canada, United States and Mexico for various corporate flight departments.

Gene Rodman, Vice President of Finance

Gene combines a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and Certified General Accountant designation with more than a decade of aviation specific experience. Through his eleven years at WestJet, Gene gained a wide breadth of knowledge and experience including hands-on and leadership experience in historical and forecast financial controls and reporting.

He has expertise in the detailed workings of Aircraft Leasing, Flight Operations, Information Technology, Jet Fuel, Maintenance and Procurement. In addition, he has experience with system administration and a variety of capital and process improvement projects.

Gene and his team are responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures necessary to help achieve corporate goals and objectives and for producing timely financial reporting to assist all stakeholders with making wise and knowledgeable business decisions.

Paul LeVatte, Operations Manager

Paul was appointed Operations Manager in June, 2012 and is primarily responsible for managing the flight operations team and acting as a company liason with Transport Canada.  As the former Chief Pilot for a large Canadian operator, Paul was responsible for managing a team of over 100 pilots and various flight operations related projects and initiatives.

As Operations Manager, Paul's duties include overseeing line indoctrination training for new pilots, refresher training for experienced pilots, direct preparation of flight-crew schedules, assignment of personnel, interviewing and hiring flight personnel and developing standard operating procedures. Paul is also a Transport Canada approved Check Pilot and holds various aircraft type ratings including a Citation 560 which he currently flies as a Captain.

Mark Rolston, PRM/Director of Maintenance

With experience on over 40 different types of aircraft and nearly 25 years of aviation experience, Mark directs the operation of AircraftWorks (www.aircraftworks.ca), a wholly owned subsidiary responsible for providing world-class aircraft maintenance.

This involves studying technical manuals for various types of aircraft, equipment manufacturers and government regulations affecting flight operations to ensure that company training manuals adhere to legal requirements and are adapted to the type of aircraft in use. In addition, Mark is responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies as outlined in the maintenance manual and maintaining open communication with vendors and resolving issues relating to performance, cost and quality. Mark and his team have coordinated various quality initiatives and participate on an ongoing basis in the development, testing, and implementation of policies, procedures and standards necessary to achieve company goals and objectives.
